I have had such an amazing eye opening experience of how my mind wants to immediately take me to the days responsibilities versus emotionally preparing myself for the day. In starting and creating this emotional ritual for myself, I've found that I'm better prepared to handle the things that occur through out the day. It's also showing me that I need to be more attentive to my ritual. I've hand instances where I didn't do this until the middle or end of the day and it had much less of a positive impact on my day. Looking forward to this being a solid behavior for myself in the morning.

I have used several guided journals, and this one of my favorite. I was concerned about this being a subscription, but I find that I am more likely to use it knowing a new book is coming. I like that the graditude questions are specific so I don't just write the same thing everyday. I also liked that my second book was different than the first book. Very happy. For those worried about it being a subscription, I used a prepaid card so I don't have to worry about remembering it coming out of my account.
